JSU “Sonic Boom of the South” Band Camp Schedule

New Band Members, Freshman and Transfer Students:

Note: You must be officially admitted to Jackson State University before coming to band camp. For questions concerning your admission status, call (601) 979-2100.

The “Sonic Boom Band Camp” will begin on Tuesday, August 5, 2008. All Freshmen and transfer students must report to band camp on Tuesday, August 5, 2008. All band members are required to arrive between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm for Band Camp registration. See the enclosed need sheet for additional items to bring to band camp.

Returning Band Members:

Note: You must be eligible to return to Jackson State University before coming to band camp.

The “Sonic Boom Band Camp” will begin on Tuesday, August 12, 2008. All returning band members must report to band camp on Tuesday, August 12, 2008. All band members are required to arrive between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm for Band Camp registration. Please note, returning band members will not be allowed to come to band camp before August 12 without the permission of the Director of Bands. Students reporting early, will face disciplinary actions by the University. See the enclosed need sheet for additional items to bring to band camp. All returning students must report to band camp on time.
